X960 Real-Time PCR Detection System
The X320 fully automatic PCR analysis system is a specialized instrument for real-time fluorescence PCR detection. It integrates PCR amplification, fluorescence detection, and data analysis. It can monitor the growth process of fluorescence in each test tube in real time while PCR amplification is in progress. After amplification, the software automatically processes experimental data, performs quantitative/qualitative or melting curve analysis on the sample, displays and prints experimental results such as the initial concentration of the sample.
